Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Operated by: AdPacks, a sole proprietorship based in Houston, Texas, United States ("AdPacks," "we," "us," "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our store, submitting a form, or purchasing an Ad Pack, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Order & contact information — name, email address, billing details, and the contact information you provide at checkout.
- Intake information — the business details, goals, brand direction, logos, claims, licensing or certification details, and any other content you submit through our intake form so we can produce your assets.
- Lead information — if you respond to one of our advertisements (including a Meta lead form), the name, email, phone number, or other details you submit so we can follow up with you.
- Support communications — the contents of emails and messages you send us.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical and usage data when you visit our store — such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source — collected through cookies and similar technologies by our store platform and analytics tools.
Payment information: Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card number; the provider handles that directly under its own security standards.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your order and produce, revise, and deliver your Ad Pack.
- To communicate with you about your order, intake, production, and delivery — including order-confirmation, intake-reminder, and lifecycle follow-up emails.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To follow up with leads who contacted us or responded to our advertising.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our store and services.
- To send marketing or promotional messages, where permitted — you can opt out at any time (see Section 6).
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How Information Is Collected (Our Tools)
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the business. Information may pass through or be stored by:
- Our store and checkout platform (Shopify) — to host the store, process orders, and send store emails.
- Our payment provider — to process payments securely.
- Google (Forms, Drive, and Gmail) — to collect intake responses, store and deliver your asset folders, and handle email correspondence.
- Make (Integromat) — to record fulfilled orders and trigger timed follow-up emails; this stores limited order data such as your name, email, order name, tier, and fulfillment date.
- Meta — when you respond to an advertisement or lead form we run on its platforms.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the service providers above, to the extent needed to operate our business.
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will note it here.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember your cart, understand how the store is used, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the store functions.
6. Marketing & Your Choices
If we send you marketing emails, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us to opt out. Transactional messages about an order you placed (confirmation, intake reminders, delivery) are not marketing and will still be sent as needed to fulfill your order.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and operate our business. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at team.adpacks@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on the security practices of the established providers we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our store and services are intended for businesses and for individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Users
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and in the locations used by our service providers. If you access our store from outside the United States, you consent to this transfer and processing.
12. Third-Party Links
Our store and emails may link to third-party sites we don't control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; please review their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our store after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
