Refund policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

Revisions

Every Ad Pack includes one (1) round of revisions at no additional cost.

A revision round is a single, consolidated set of change requests submitted together after Delivery. Revisions cover adjustments within the scope of your original Intake brief — for example, copy tweaks, swapping a hook, color or text corrections, or adjustments to bring an asset closer to your stated brand direction.

Revisions do not include:

  • New concepts or angles beyond what your tier includes
  • A change of niche, offer, or business direction from your original Intake
  • Additional creatives, videos, or copy beyond your tier's Deliverable count
  • Reworks required because your Intake was incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after submission

To use your revision round, submit all requested changes together within 14 days of Delivery. Separate, piecemeal requests may each be treated as consuming your single included round.

Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the included round, or changes outside the original scope, are available as a paid add-on, quoted before any work begins.

Refunds — By Production Stage

Ad Packs are custom-produced digital goods. Available refunds reflect how much Production has occurred:

Stage Refund Available
Before Intake Submitted Full refund within 7 days of your Order.
After Intake Submitted, before Production begins Refund less a 15% onboarding/processing fee.
Once Production has begun Generally non-refundable, as work is custom and underway. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we will make it right through revisions or, at our discretion, a partial remedy.
After Delivery Delivered custom digital goods are non-refundable. Your included revision round is the mechanism for resolving issues with delivered work.

We want you genuinely satisfied with the craft of what we deliver. If you believe a Delivery falls short of professional quality or does not match your approved brief, contact us at team.adpacks@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first — we resolve the large majority of concerns quickly through the process above. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of service and recovery of associated costs.
